Gridfinity for IKEA PAX (KOMPLEMENT drawers)
In a PAX wardrobe, Gridfinity bins keep jewelry, watches, belts, socks or toiletries in order. IKEA publishes the inner dimensions of every KOMPLEMENT drawer – Gridmint turns them into the grid, padding and baseplate split for your printer.

The drawers with glass front have the same inner dimensions. Parts = baseplate split for the print bed with puzzle joints and staggered seams.
Lots of space, little padding
KOMPLEMENT drawers are big: the 100 cm wide, 58 cm deep drawer takes 21 × 12 = 252 units. Padding stays at 9 to 14 mm per side everywhere – easy to print, and the baseplate sits snugly.
Because the plates are so large, the split matters: on a Bambu Lab A1 mini the largest drawer becomes 26 parts, on a P1S 15. With large printers like the Bambu Lab H2S it's only 7.
Height: measure yourself
IKEA only lists the outer height of the KOMPLEMENT drawer (16 cm). How tall your bins can be depends on what sits above it in the wardrobe – a shelf, another drawer or a clothes rail. Measure from the drawer bottom to the underside of whatever sits above it when closed and enter the value in the planner. Gridmint will warn you about bins that are too tall.

Frequently asked questions
Does Gridfinity fit IKEA PAX?
Yes, in the KOMPLEMENT drawers. Depending on the size, 9 × 7 up to 21 × 12 units fit. The inner dimensions come straight from IKEA.
Does this also apply to the KOMPLEMENT drawer with glass front?
Yes. IKEA lists the same inner dimensions for the glass-front version.
